We store CRM installation identifiers and credentials, the Pinterest Ad account ID and conversion token, and delivery receipts. We process mapped email, phone, click and external IDs, customer IP and user agent, event type, source, time, Conversion ID, URL, value, currency, quantity, order ID, opt-out and Limited Data Processing settings. Email, phone and external IDs are hashed before delivery. Hashing does not anonymize personal information.
Pinterest receives mapped events under its terms. HighLevel handles installation and workflows. Vercel hosts the service with private storage, encryption at rest and HTTPS in transit. Credentials remain server-side. We do not sell the data processed by this app.
We retain up to 500 recent receipts across accounts, excluding matching fields and credentials. Duplicate records last 48 hours. Disconnect removes the selected account’s Pinterest token and receipts. Contact support@patientdesk.ai for access or deletion requests, including installation data. Revoke credentials at their source.
Only share authorized data with required advertising consent. Do not send sensitive health, financial or other prohibited information. Limited Data Processing is available for applicable privacy controls.
